closed 20th - 27th November 202219/11/2022 After 3 long years of fighting against Covid-19 lockdowns and uncertainty we are again fighting against the high rise of energy prices, higher cost of produce and ingredients, colder weather and the long winter days.
This year we have come to the decision to close for a week in November since this is the quietest month of the year. This will be also an opportunity for the whole team to have a short break before the Christmas Festivities. We will be closed from the 20th to the 27th November 2022. We will be back again on Monday the 28th November from 5pm. And don't forget that we will be start offering our Festive Menu from December, so if you have not booked yet for your friends & family Christmas gathering or your work-do, you are still in time to do so. email us on [email protected] to book your table.

Temporarily closed10/11/2020 Our sincerest apologies! (Temporary Closure)
After very long hard consideration we have come to the conclusion that staying open at the moment is not viable. The current demand and the projected numbers simply do not add up. We will be closed until further notice. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to our lovely customers for not being there in the coming days. Hopefully we will be able to reopen sooner rather than later. The whole team at Le Pisani Axminster & Seaton wishes everyone all the very best and thanks you for your unbelievable support in the last few months. Stay safe and please do shop local. The local independent businesses need you to be able to stay afloat during these desperate times. Darren & Ray

This has by far been the one of the strangest Summers in recent history. Different rules changing often, not being able to meet our families that live abroad, not being able to go on holidays and so much more. It has been a very hard 2020 and as winter is around the corner we hope that together we will manage to see some positive news at some point during the last few months.
Since our reopening in July we have been working with very small teams both in Seaton and Axminster. We adapted to the changes, restrictions and climate of this strange and difficult time. Working with smaller teams and having a busy August with the Eat Out to Help Out scheme has been really hard for all of us. So in order for everyone to have a much needed break we have agreed to close the restaurants for a short period to make sure that everyone can have a well deserved rest. We will be closed on the following dates: between the 4th and the 20th October 2020, (both dates included) in Axminster & between the 11th and the 19th October 2020, (both dates included) in Seaton. This will not come as a surprise to anyone that visits us regularly. It is the time where we (Ray and Darren) usually go on our holiday. This year we may not be able to but we will at least be able to sit back in front of the fire, enjoy time with our families and rest our feet after all the long hours of the Summer. This time will also give us the opportunity to perform our usual deep clean of the restaurants and to do any necessary maintenance and upgrades required. All these things are always planned to be done after Summer and are booked year after year in advance. As always we thank you for your understanding, your patience, your loyalty and your support especially during this unprecedented time. We are grateful for each and every one of you who steps through our doors. We will be looking forward to see you all again after our break. Darren & Ray

Thank You6/8/2020 We are into the first week of being part of the government "Eat out to help our scheme". We are really happy to see so many of our regular customers again and also to see new faces visiting us.
We have been receiving a very high number of emails and online bookings together with facebook messages to book using the brilliant government scheme, the response to help out has been fantastic and we are truly grateful. If you plan to visit us we highly recommend that you book in advance by giving us a call during our opening hours, this is the quickest way to book. Unfortunately with the current COVID-19 situation and taking all the necessary safety precautions we have been forced to reduce our capacity by more than 50% and due to this most of our team members are still on furlough. It is truly a difficult time for us all to try and learn again how to work with a reduced team, new safety measures and not being able to show you our smiles hidden behind our masks. We can't wait till the world is back to the real normal but till then we are grateful to be able to keep our doors open at both our restaurants in Seaton and Axminster. Here's a small reminder of our opening hours: Axminster - Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm to 8:30pm (last reservations at 8:30pm) Seaton - Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 8:30pm (last reservations at 8:30pm) Takeaway is available from 4pm at both locations.
