Initially created by the very talented Maltese Chef Ray Pisani, and recently enriched with more ideas from our very talented Kitchen Team. Our healthy menu is influenced from traditional recipes from all around the Mediterranean.
We take pride in using Fresh and Local ingredients and lots of love to prepare each dish to be simply delicious and unique, taking your taste buds through a sun kissed Mediterranean journey.
