Mediterranean Cuisine with a heavy touch of local influence.
From the typical English Breakfast with baked beans, eggs, sausage and hash browns to the mouth-watering Sunday Roast including the lavish potatoes and steamed vegetables. One step further into the Mediterranean with the French Deep Fried Brie served with sweet cranberry sauce and the ever so tasty Chicken àla Grècque, all the way to Italy and our much loved Lasagne, Bolognese Pasta and a selection of pizza, making our way to a Greek dish known as Lavraki that we just call Sea Bass (because we find it simpler) cooked with white wine and spring onions. Created by the very talented Maltese Chef Ray Pisani, our healthy menu is influenced from traditional recipes from the Mediterranean, especially from his home country. The sunny island of Malta is conveniently situated in the middle of the Mediterranean sea, with its unique palate traditions and the use of various herbs to boost the flavours in every dish. We take pride in using Fresh and Local ingredients and lots of love to prepare each dish to be simply delicious and unique, taking your taste buds through a sun kissed Mediterranean journey.
